The June 9th SPEC Meeting is going to be a bike ride night.   We will ride some of the local hills and flats.  Meet at the High Front Entrance at 6:00 for the ride.  I am trying to improve the group bike riding opportunities.  We can go over a few techniques to be  a more powerful, physically aggressive rider.   The weather is supposed to be good.   If we get rained out, I hope you will come the Thursday night ride.
